pasumathi rice 1 cup , beetroot 200gm, seerakam 1/2 teespoon, tomottoo 1 turmeric powder, and karam masala 1/2 teespoon.ols 2 tablespoon. salt thevaiyana alavu.
seimurai:
beetroot i thol seevi podiyaga narukki kollavum. 2 visil vaithu cooker ril boil pannavum. aduppil sattiye vaithu oil ootri, seeragam pottu, tomotto vai narukki pottu, atthudan turmeric, karam masala, salt agiyavai serkavum. nalla vadhakkavum, atthudan vega vaitha beetroot serthu vadakkavum, after vega vaitha sadam kalandhu kilaravum. ellam serthu 1 min adupil vaithu kilaravum. piragu erakki malli ilai thoovi parimaravum.
